01 · Cleaning

Available only in the United States & Türkiye
Every rug has its own material, construction and history of use. Suitability and the cleaning approach need to be assessed for each individual piece, particularly when it has delicate fibres, unstable colours, previous repairs or significant wear.
Provide a detailed explanation of the cleaning needed together with clear photographs of your rug. Include full views of the front and back, close-ups of stains or affected areas, approximate dimensions and your location. Describe the stains, when they appeared if known, and any cleaning products or treatments previously used.
Some marks, discolouration and signs of age may remain. We will discuss expectations before agreeing on the work.
02 · Repair & Restoration

We welcome enquiries about worn edges, loose or damaged fringes, holes, tears and weakened woven sections.
For damaged or missing woven areas, send close-up photographs of the front and back so we can discuss reweaving options. We will discuss feasibility and the scope of work before making any commitment.
Explain the repairs you need in detail and send full front and back photographs, clear close-ups of every damaged area, and photographs of the edges and fringes where relevant. Share the dimensions, your location and details of any previous repairs.
Our focus is careful workmanship that respects the original piece. The possible repair, materials and extent of intervention depend on the rug’s condition and construction. An invisible or identical result cannot be promised; the appropriate approach must be discussed for the individual rug.
03 · Custom Weaving
Your vision, thoughtfully woven.
Would you like a rug woven to your preferred design? Please send a detailed description of the model or pattern you want, along with the exact width and length and the units used. Include reference images or drawings, your preferred colours, intended use and any material preferences so we can discuss the project clearly.
A schedule shaped by the weave
Weaving time varies according to the rug’s knot count and dimensions. A larger rug or a design requiring more knots involves more weaving work. There is no single completion time for every custom rug: the estimated schedule can be discussed after the design, dimensions and knot requirements have been reviewed. Please share any preferred deadline before the work is agreed.
