It was symmetrically hand-knotted on the family loom by a master weaver in Ushak province where we always used to make these prominent Ushak rugs with simple , natural dyes :This part of Turkey is being always remote area and surrounded by several large lakes , rivers and Mountains ;this might be one of the reason its textiles and rugs were unknown to the Western Markets .
It was meticulously handcrafted with pride on local hand-spun wool and muted exquisite natural colors.
